Totally agreed, some of the other gals also give lousy service and always short-change you in term of service and time and their upgrade service fees is sometime too high but the thread keep deleted and restart whenever there are too many bad MR until I also blur who is who liao.
But the real bing bing is still a good gem among them and worth a visit imho.
