這宗命案是於今日（週日，7月20日）凌晨1時許，發生在半山芭一間綜合酒店和公寓套房的商業大廈裡，女死 者江維（33歲，譯音）來自中國遼寧，相信剛搬來5樓一個單位居住。這裡曾是警方過去經常取締的“瓜子女郎 ”聚集處。
市警重案組和金馬警方接到投報後趕到現場調查，鑑證組和警犬組受召到場搜查證據，金馬警區刑事調查主任李方 鉅副警監親自在現場監督調查工作。
金馬警區主任祖卡奈助理總監說，死者是一個人住在案發單位，警方已援引刑事法典302謀殺條文調查此案，目 前尚未有嫌犯落網。
大廈保安員揭發命案
這起命案是由大廈的保安員揭發，一名五十餘歲的保安員在5樓巡樓時，發現此單位的木門打開，鐵門半掩，叫門 几幾聲都沒有回應就走進去察看，驚見一具裸屍躺在房裡的地上。
他馬上通知主管，並由大廈管理處報警。警方將聯絡公寓單位的業主，以調查是由誰的名義租下這個 單位。
死者手提袋裡的物件完好無缺，裡面有數百令吉現款、手機和護照，屋裡僅剩房間比較凌亂，客廳相當整齊，不像 有打鬥的痕跡。
殺人動機不明朗
鑑證組警員花了1個小時在狹小空間的案發現場仔細搜查證據，過後帶走了許多物品包括美工刀、染血衣物和毛髮 回去化驗。
警方根據死者的體溫和安全套裡的精液，初步檢定命案才發生不久。
警方暫時排除這是劫殺案，不過，兇手殺人動機仍然不明朗。一般嫖客殺妓女案件，兇徒一定會取走 妓女的錢財。
一名警官透露，在類似的命案中，警方會從各種角度設法查出殺人動機，如果死者是一名妓女，警方會揣測命案發 生的各種因素，這包括嫖客殺死妓女、男友不滿女友接客發生爭執下毒手、或行兇者趁死者性交易完畢後闖入幹案 等等。
死者手腕留刀痕
兇手製造自殺假象
死者手腕上的刀痕一度讓警方懷疑這是一宗自殺案件，但經過鑑證組的檢驗，現場搜獲的種種證據都顯示這是一宗 謀殺案。
死者兩邊的手腕被發現有刀痕，但相信不是致命傷。
剖驗報告顯示死者是窒息，因此，床上的枕頭和棉被都可能是殺人的“武器”。
警方除了會向大廈管理人和保安員錄取口供外，也呼吁附近看過死者出入的居民挺身提供情報，協助警方偵查此案 。

Naked body of PRC woman found with wrists slashed

KUALA LUMPUR : The naked body of a Chinese national was found with both wrists slashed at a service apartment in the city centre.

Kiang Wei, 33, believed to have been repeatedly raped, was found sprawled in a pool of blood at an apartment in Jalan Pasar in Pudu.

At 1.30am yesterday, a security guard on his rounds found the front door of Kiang’s unit, located on the fifth floor, ajar.

Suspecting something amiss, he went inside and discovered the body and called the police.

Dang Wangi police chief Asst Comm Zulkarnain Abdul Rahman said a police forensics team found a blood stained knife, believed to have been used in the incident.

“A used condom was also found on the floor, near the bed where Kiang Wei was. We believe the victim knew her assailants, as there were no signs of forced entry.

“The unit was not ransacked,’’ he said, adding that police had classified the case as murder.

ACP Zulkarnain said police had yet to establish the full identity of the victim as they only found a photocopy version of her passport. “She has been here for several months.’’
