for me i dun think too much. I only find like got so many fit and healthy guys jus drop dead and die. Yes or today paper got one 17 yrs old boy also jus die of sudden heart attack. same goes to my frd few mth back. Chided me for eating nasi lemak but 2 weeks later die in the car from heart attack. very healthy and exercise at least three times a week without fail.
