Normal waiting time is about 15 mins though q is long but customers wont sit there too long to chit chat after meal.

Fyi, there are many tables outdoor too.
Wkdays normally around 9.30pm they wont take your orders or cant q.
Only wkends they open till quite late, passby last sat i saw 9.30pm still have many pple q-ing

Peel potatoes , mash it , carrots mince chop , Heinz Mayo , sea salt , Pepper ..

Stop torturing me with all the tempting food especially tat I m so hungry now , should not drink with empty stomach.

We boil n mash it before mixing in the ingredients.. It should goes well with tuna too.

Yup, tried it be4 with my double flip pan, shed the potato, mix with butter, salt, pepper.

Oil the pan with olive oil, clip it after adding the potato, once potato soften n cooked, flip to the other side and serve once it turn slightly brown, I like it more charred.

I like Ayam spicy tuna with cucumber on brown roasted toast.
