This is always in wechat and michat when you chat up some profiles that looks legit. After some chatting they asked to meet up and the same story goes like what you encounter. Call them back and tell them you from any police station and you are investigating this account. They will immediately hang up and block you.

Happened once to me. I challenged him out to have a duel on the boxing ring, telling him that this is to prevent any liability from me if I kill him.
