Actually to each his own cos everyone will have their own thoughts & analysis as to when & where to buy sometimes I see some even arguing until like life & death situations on forums with each claiming too be very knowledgeable but they only regurgitate what they have read from others whom they perceived to be knowledgeable which those other people also actually read from others....ETC & the vicious cycle goes on..... There are a lot of things that I should have taken the risks/plunge years ago and I chickened out due to uncertainties & differing opinions & I have regretted some of them until today In simple words take calculated risks if you can afford the money as long as those are additional funds you can afford to spend (not borrow or clear out your savings) and/or if you are buying for somebody else (which please don't as it undermines relationship esp if it is a Viet spouse) Cheerios......SS08 ^_^

If you are referring to Vinhome Grand Park, go ahead...anyway still not open to foreigners sale...
Offer price maybe around 34 to 35mil psm... Also refer to SS08 posts above about warning... A group of us bought in the west of hcm last year around 20mil psm...but those lobang will never come back becos Akari City launched recently phase 1 and fully sold out at around 31 to 33m psm...
