I think gals have just as many heads, 奶头，手指头，and without a doubt the clitoris, which is also a head.

That said, gals' heart are "protected" by 2 meat loufs unlike that of guys. It will take more to touch their hearts as compared to guys, therefore the saying that gals are needs to feel love before having sex unlike guys, who are the opp. The truth is that guys too need attachment before having sex. I know of many married gal friends with young kids can go without sex for many months.

But I also noticed many of my gal friends including myself with older kids have active sex like 2~4 times/wk.

So to answer your question, SEX means many things to gals not just conceiving. We too enjoyed SEX!
