According to this gov site, MPs might be open in Phase 2

That's true.

For the so-called clean spas with properly licensed shops and uniforms, there's also a whole spectrum of dirtiness. Those without licence, no need to say, can operate any old how they want.

Basically as long as there are young ladies doing the massaging, be it atas or reputable clean shop, safe to say most men still would not want their partners to know about it.

TCM shops will probably be allowed to resume tuina services first. But the Cat 1 spas will have to wait longer.

Even if things open up, i suspect many of us are also not willing to risk going for a massage. I mean how fun can it be if the ladies are all wearing masks, gloves and no autoroam. I understand GL, PT, spa and MPs will be last to open under Phase 3. Can understand cos the contact between the client and WL/ML is too close. And those ladies will do anything to make back all the money, including not wearing mask. Of cos no safe distancing. So no chance of all these places opening any earlier. Will it open after a vaccine is found? Can die wanking leh.
