DGD, fully agreed with your classifications of Tier 1 & 2, though i have not tried Dan Dan of 1654a.

Among your listed RTC WL, Yu Hang gave me the ultra maximum Oomph during the 1st visit, on par with RTC renowned Apple ( on 2017 Jan) in the 1st visit.
