Carol is a pretty girl with a slim tight body, and incredible skills. She could easily be one of those pretty MLs who just give a bit and then lay back and relax. But she doesn't do that. She is pretty yet delivers fully on the service for the entire hour with passion and enthusiasm.

I think he meant the drop-dead gorgeous type of look bah, but I agree with you the idea of her compensating for her "lack" of looks with her service is a bit disingenuous.
