Try the one in old downtown (kota) like Ibis Mangga Dua, but at night is too quiet. Hotel Spark at Mangga Besar Street also have a good price and surrounding by Jakarta Night Life. Or you can go to RedTop Hotel at Pecenongan street where is just a walking distance to Classic and Emporivm.
You can buy Red Top Hotel Voucher in the airport, If I am not mistaken is about Rp. 300.000,- to Rp. 400.000,- or the best is to contact your travel agent
