May i qualify that the problem was not because i was willing to pay and expected the best. But because when i said no to her 'specials' offer. Whoever said anything about what I did or did not accept? Everytime I go there its for one thing only. So there's no point talking about when I say "no" to her. Cos if I was gonna do that then I won't be going there.

When to this spa couple of days go, first time there, ask for Diana but diana has already knock off.
