Dun understand what you are saying. For licensed WLs, their license can be cancelled for a variety of reasons ranging from OKTs applying to cancel, getting infected with stds etc.

For FLs, they get arrested when the AV raids the hotels they are working at or when AV raids the areas they are operating at.

If you are saying the OKTs may play out the WLs or FLs, this is practically impossible. OKTs make their money from their stable of WLs or FLs. There is no way they will break their rice bowl no matter how much they dislike the WL or FL.
