what you stated about requirements of sponsor. However you still did not do self intro and expect us to PM with photo? Shouldn't it be the other way round since we are the sponsor?

Sure, we may have what it takes. But do you? Asking for sponsors without relevant self intro (including picture) and in such a manner will land you sponsorship? I wish you good luck.
