Previously when I stay in a non smoking hotel policy, what I did is smoking inside toilet and with the tap water running the smell will went off. After finish smoking, do continue to let the water running for awhile before turning off. Hope it helps

bonk more than 3 time a day so power ah? lol

bonk once in afternoon, 1 in night, 1 next morning. imo quite a great feat liao.

It may work in Batam, but I would not try that in Singapore

I read on the Marina Bay Sands Terms and Conditions:
Besides air-conditioned areas such as shopping centres, restaurants, entertainment outlets and cinemas, smoking is also an offence on the trains, public buses, taxis and in lifts. The smoking ban has also been imposed on public eateries and within a five-metre radius from most building entrances, except for allocated smoking areas that are clearly marked with bright yellow lines. A maximum fine of S$1,000 may be imposed on first-time offenders.

Ok, Singapore is famous of its strict rules, so I checked Sheraton Imperial in Kuala Lumpur:
We offer a smoke free environment. Smoking is not allowed in the building. A $200 cleaning fee will be added to the hotel bill should smoking or evidence that smoking has occurred is discovered.

The smell of smoke is strong, persistent, comes out from the bathroom, is not eaten by water flowing (unfortunately). I advise to not smoke in a non-smoking room, if one respects rules or just cares about next guest.

I would simply just book hotels with smoking rooms. It's not about the fine but more about the decency to ensure the next person who uses the room and is not a smoker can be comfortable.

This is suppose to be done on March 2017 but it was a busy month,so i started to write a little later. So much to do and so little time.

My 37th Batam Trip Summary
(from 2nd March to 5th March 2017)

Reference : 36th Batam Trip Summary

After the CNY 2017 trip,and following by this one on March,i didnt really have anything in mind. So i guess i will just use this summary to pen down some notes for my later trips. (it is going to be more into point form)

Upon reaching Batam,the 1st place i head to was for lunch at Meximo pub,hehehe...

This above is fast becoming one of my favourite food in Batam. After which,head back to room to rest up a little before heading to airport to pick my girl,hehehe...i guess i am not going to post photographs of the Nadim airport since i put much of it in my last summary.

Have had a couple of spare hours before picking up my girl,so getting the groceries ready was priority.

Evening time was dinner at Food Colony before heading over for a movie at Harbour Bay...

Logan is a nice movie...i think its better than many other movies i have watch thru out the whole of last year 2016. I like the movie song...

Nothing really much to do on the next following day,so i thought i would head over Citywalk Mall for a 95k hair cut,hair wash and some shoulder massage...

The highlight of this trip is more onto food...and i shall started with this 2nd day lunch meal at Bento Tei...

Such quiet ambience...hehehe...and i like that. Becos its means good everyday food,with a fair enough price....I need to have this in record on this summary.

...and the bill turn out to be...

...about 166k rupiah. A not expensive and not cheap lunch for 2 person. So 1 person cost around 83k rupiah. The food taste is quite alright, still considerably alright for a simple meal,hehehe...less than 100k per person. Then again,my 3rd day's dinner gonna cost a BIG BIG BOMB to me,hehehe...2nd day's dinner can forget it, it at ibu joko where I found a bad egg...

But 3 person on that dinner only cost 101k rupiah,hehehe...so cant complain since its not like everyday I will come across bad food in Batam. Nothing to talk about this 3rd night's dinner. Not becos its not good,but more becos it has always been consistently good.

One more place worth mentioning where I ate free,hehehe...my friend treat me to an early brunch at Hai Kee coffee shop at the Utama area...and this is what was recommended.

Maybe becos its FREE,it tastes so good!! Hehehe...

Ok,i will make a comparison. I think the Astro Hotel Bak Kut Teh taste better than the one above and Mickey Mouse has just drop to 3rd place. This one took 2nd place. It was a rainy weather that day...and opposite this Hai Kee Coffee shop ,I saw this...

Sakura Massage! Hehehe...sorry for the blurry photo,it was raining and I don't want to risk getting my HP cam getting caught in the rain,so I took the above photo using cmos digital zoom.

Looks like there are 2 Sakura massage in Batam now,hehehe...one at near to Nagoya Hill Mall,at Sakura Hotel which is called Sakura Spa Massage,and another one is the one at near Utama area which is the photo above. Were they related? I don't know...but I believe the one near Nagoya Hill Mall one definitely way more expensive...hehehe...

Utama area is a low end massage place (unless the lesser intelligent choose to pay higher prices), Nagoya area is a possibly carrot chopping place,so I guess I don't need to explain much on this one.

Now,for one of the most important thing to keep record of on my March 2017 trip. One of my Batam MOST expensive dinner...grrr...

But they also got no business,hehehe...serve them right.

...and our bill for this meal which also didn't quite fill me up.

Luckily this meal was a shared one,or else I am going to go bankrupt on this one,hehehe... over 600k for a meal for 5 person,thats more than 120k per person. I remember my last Marine Live seafood meal cost way lesser than this one,hehehe... Sorry Bebek Tepi Sawah restarant,this is likely gonna be my last meal there unless someone wants to pay for it,hehehe... *joking only*
