Chinese KTV's in Singapore generally do not play much. I have never seen one where the tops naturally come down before. In general they are more into GFE / Singing / Drinking rather than physical activity. I personally find this a waste of time and money.

Viet KTV's on the other hand is much more into the physical activity. Playing up to second base (boobs) is common practice in Viet KTV's.

As a solo person I would suggest you go during Happy Hour as the crowd is lesser and the drinks cheaper. You can book the girl ($150) or have 2-3 of them ($50 each) and let them butterfly.

Chinese KTV can be havoc too, but thats history liao. Still remember the good old days of BS at Geylang. Xin Tian Di , Boss KTV where there are local malay and malaysian/SG chinese
