Bro, if you read the FRs then you'd already know who the highly rated girls are. However, it still depends on what your expectation from them. For instance, if you expect them to french kiss then not all of them offer that service. I think that's the reason FRs can be used as general guides (albeit can be subjective at times), but in the end you must experience it yourself.
