Bro, I do not think it is a current trend to be humble. Rather, it is a good practice to be humble. Hiding one's mis-adventure or failure does not amount to be called "humble", it is a choice. My response to you is not trying to protect myself, I do not have to, it is a mere general response to your point of view. In fact, I am a senior, not in expereince in the scene, but in age.

In my postings since Delphi Forum days, I have never hidden my past failure. Indeed, I also said that for every success story that I have posted, there could be nine failures. I chose to post my failure stories to share, and hopefully to warn our fellow brothers so that they would not encounter the same problem as I did. You are very correct to say that we have paid for the mistake by our hard earned money and/or feeling,

As a Chinese saying goes "Humble will be beneficial, but to be overly confidence or simply complacent will bring loses".
