Spent a bright sunday afternoon at Tropical Spa - 10 Jan 10.

This used to be one of my favorite joint. Very affordable rate, full facilities and surprisingly throng with many syts.

I have not been to Tropical for almost a year since Bro Qibye left for China.

I was told that they have many fresh faces and I decided to rekindle some sparks there again.

I was told that 09 is a gem and definitely worth a try.

I arrived early at around 1pm after a hearty lunch - chicken rice at Ban Chang Kee in City Walk Food Mall. The best chicken rice I have tasted in Jakarta.

Immediately spoke to Ah Liong the GRO and made a booking for 09 - Jessica a half chinese.

While relaxing in the lounge several of the spa girls arrived for work. I was introduced to some of them that I took a fancy.

NO 72 - a slim tall and nice looking girl. Say around 6.5. Nice body
NO 25 - a killier body, face just okay say around 6. But the body is superb
NO 88 - a chinese indon from Semarang, friendly, slim and nice looking say around 6.5
NO 05 - nice looking, with CFML face and I was told she gives the best service at Tropical. Face about 6.5

Many other girls but only could remember the better ones.

Spent a good 4 days in JKT recently and aim to share my experiences here for fellow mongers and probably learn one or two. I have been very much a lone-ranger. Been doing it alone in various place, Thailand, Phillippines, Beijing, HK/Macau, Indonesia, US, Mexico, etc. And I still believe that it is possible alone, with the necessary research and safety precaution. Research thru the forum in preparation, always. I use sammyboy, worldsexguide and internationsexguide. I am not into KTV/Sauna, though I agree that a group would sometimes be advantageous and probably safer.

My experience in JKT is that:
Mangga Besar area has a lot more to offer. There is still suncity, golden crown, millienium, etc, which I have no time to explore. It is relatively cheaper and has more passionate girls in terms of sex play. But little on GFE. Most is just for plain ST boom2. My recommendation is to stay at either sparks or mercure and used it as a base for the surrounding. Recommended must go is travel and stadium. Kartika and berlian makes a good ST afternoon break.

The top-end bars like STIX, CJ and BATS are for nite entertainment and possible catch for LT. My preferences is CJ. But this will depends on which days of the weeks and which month. Do not go during Hari Raya. Most places are dead. For Chinese, CJ would be better. BATS tends to be more for bules.

Some would agree that you tackle the Kota area for ST in the day and evening, and then the up-market bars in the late nights for LT. This would be my approach the next time round. Next on my agenda would be probably the spas and the likes of alexis and maliboro. That will also depends on the time and $$$$$ available.

Day 1(thurs)

Landed at 8 am and took a blue-bird cab from outside the airport to Hotel Mercure Rekso. There was no Blue-bird taxi queue or counters, so I enquire at the silver-bird counter. They got a blue-bird for me. Cost almost $100000 due to jam and flood. That is beside the $11000 toll. Prior, I was approach by some tout who offer $120000 and $150000.

Reached hotel about 11 am and they allow me to check in (becos I am an accor member, they claim). Rest till about 2:30 pm and then=y start exploring. BTW, I also manage to get RevivalForMen, as advertised in the sticky. Took one and see how it goes.

First stop: Kartika, berlian for soapy massage and whole works at about $300K.
Located just across the junction of Hayam Waruk and Mangga Besar. Able to find it easily just be peeking into the lanes when you walk pass. You should be able to see the sign on the wall at the end of the lane, about 70 m long. It is the left lane of the block where the Suisse Bakery is, if you are facing the bakery). Along the lane, saw 2 more potential. One mas _____ Massage and Karaoke (unknown to me) ; one berlian massage (also quite famous) and then Kartika. Kartika is just 2 doors away into the lane. Kartika has about 20 girls then. Only one mami then, Ayu her name. Was swarm by a few of them from the first sofa from the entrance. From the entrance, you will see 4 set of sofa on the extreme left, where 2 sets of girls in different uniform sit. They are from 2 different sets of Mamis. 40-50 girls on the sofa and scattered ard the lounge. The sofa is lit up while the lounge area is darker. Dinner was at a small shop selling Chicken rice. A franchise of Five Star chicken rice from Singapore. It is located just 100m from Hotel Rekso towards Glodok, opposite directions from Mangga Besar. Pretty good, or was I hungry after the recce.

Walking further down, I turn into the lane before ITC-Glodok or sun city. It was about 9 pm

Third-stop: Club 36 @ Hotel Jayakarta and Super Karoke for takeout for the nite.
Club 36 is located at the third-floor of Jayakarta Hotel. The entrance is just to the right of the building, on the outside. A colorful staircase leads you to the disco. This is a place for youngster. Cover is 75K with a drink. It was rather empty then. Understand that there is supposed to be dancers who will strip and you can call them to your place for some nego and raba2. It is also a place where the Thai WL hang out. I did not stay long and walk over to super.

Super is locate further down the lane. The lane is full of restaurants. There is a recommend BakKu Tea restaurant. Super is about 50 m down the lane. When I open the doors, it seem that all action stop and all eyes are on me. It was dark as usual, but I could make out about 15-20 girls around. I just could not make out the look and size. Somehow, do not feel comfortable as I was alone, so I made a U-turn. BTW, music then was Indonesian pop.

Fourth stop: Today country and sparks.
Time now about 0945pm. So talk a leisure walk to Lokarsari again. Today country was more lively. Also live Indonesian pop, but was pretty good. Stadium is pretty near to Kartika. It is a single 6-7 storey building where flr 1 is the restaurant, floor 2 is karaoke (I think), floor 3 is music lounge and floor 4 is the disco. Other 2 floors are private rooms. Went up to 4th floor. Cover was 50K for first drink. On entering, there is a spotlight area where the girls sit. Further in is the lounge where it is dark. Pretty empty, about 50 people in total within a place that is about 4 basketball court 2 storey high. Mami will intro the girls to you after you settle down. Day 2: (Friday)
Today is the day I go upmarket. Want to check out south Jakarta. Checkout of Hotel Mercure and took the busway to Plaza Indonesia. The bus-stop is just in front of the hotel, Paid 3.5K for the ticket and stop right in front of plaza Indonesia. FYI, its 3.5K for any distance. Recommended choice in this case as you avoid all traffic jams.

Had lunch and shop at Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Then check into Mulia Seneyan, one of the top hotel in JKT. For those who knows, target is of course CJ, the bar in Mulia. I had been to BATS at Shangrila, and the last time I was here in mulia, it was closed for Hari Raya.

Rest until dinner and then off to Senayan city for shopping and dinner. When the shop closed, (should be about 9:30pm) I took a cab to Park Lane, wanting to check out the place, as well as have supper. Park Lane has a STIX bar and restaurant. It was about 10 pm on a Friday nite. I would expect a fair amount of people by then, though it may not have peak yet. But on stepping in, the band was playing and could only see < 10 people around. To the right is the bar and the left, the makan area. At the bar, I could only make out 2 WLs (rate < 5) and a group of 4 (3 guys and a girl). Went to the makan area and order the lamb shank (recommended by a friend). It comes with breads. The band was pretty good, Indonesian, though the lead lady singer looks familiar to someone I saw in Manila LA café.

Did not stay long as there was no new comers for the hour, and back to hotel at about 11pm.

Stow away my things in the room and then step into CJs. Never been here so it was rather exciting. At the entrance, ordered chivas with coke (175K) and step in. The place is a single story. On entry, the left is the lounge area (where about 6 WLs were sitting), standing ard the entrance was another 5, and walking into the bar area on the left, facing it, you have the stage on the left, the privilege bar area on the extreme right and rows of bar stool and table in the centre. The privileges bar area is for members who open a bottle. The centre area consists of rows of bar stools and table. The first 2 tables are where most of the WLs sit. There are about 7-8 rows before a bar counter at the end.

When I walk in, passing the initial 2 tables, all eyes were on me. It was not crowded yet, but the atmosphere were way better than stadium and Today country. It was bright enough to see clearly. I seem to attract a lot of attention when I walk around looking for a place to survey. Later I found out that it was my dressing and that I was clearly the special one, being the only young looking Chinese then. I was wearing a jogging T-short that illuminate in the dark.

Got my drinks and then station near the first 2 tables. Quality were good. IMHO, it was better than BATS. Many syts. And they flirt back. I was approach many times, with these :
1. Stand next to you and smile and then intro.
2. Some just stand in front of you, looking at you. These I ignored.

This are just to size you up, and see if they could have a potential for a long-time boyfriend. Tried a few answer, it seem that I got better response when I say:
1. Staying here in mulia. Obviously, that makes you convenient and rich enough. Most of them stay near to blok M and senayan.

Dont ever take the tout taxis as there has been cases where passengers were robbed of thier valuables & S by these rouges taxis. Play safe, got for Blue Bird 1st then Silverbird! No point in penny wise pounds foolish!
