I've been to one place on hung Gia 2, 200K a ticket and 1M for massage + FS.
It'd be great if there was a hot toc nearby...
There are a few such places in that Skygarden neighborhood, three of them right there on that same street you mention. Another one is on the next street parallel, close to Skygarden. There are a few more in that area and you have to go find those cuz I don't remember where exactly.
I dunno of any hot tocs near there, it's an upscale area of the city where not much seedy stuff is tolerated.

If u are going to ask the price at the counter it's probably going to be higher than 400k...I guess 400k seems to be the standard rate at hot toc but whether local or foreigner pricing that I'm not sure. Maybe someone else can advise?

I went to one of these a few weeks back, I'm a westerner, and I was simply told 400. One member says locals price is 300, but difficult for us to get if we don't seem VNese.
And I've heard 400 is the going rate for all those HT's on NPK street.
Many HT are lower than this, and I guess you can find places charging more too, especially in D1.
Last night went to a massage hse just beside Harmony hotel. Massage 290k and tip the girl 400k (her face pretty decent) as massage half way asked want to massage my baby or not. As too desperate, agreed on 400k..saying can top both top n bottom. But when I try to reach her CB, she closed her leg quite tight, saying later people outside can see....but basket my pant already pull all the way down and she is doing hj for me..

If you dare to try; there are several of them by using WECHAT. I would say 80% are not the same as photos
Give 90% discount. I tried for the sake of testing n fun. Saw the lady, immediate response was, WTF. Gave her 300k n asked her go home. Saw n no mood to boom boom.
Total I had 2 bad experiences, once in SG and another in Hanoi. No more photo pretty ger.

i was through there a few nights ago and saw 4 of them, three on that street you mentioned (two of which are just near each other, one of those is the place you mention that's attached to a hotel -- called Queen Bee I think -- the other one just past there called Nali, third one is on opposite block near Sky -- forget the name of that one) and the one on the parallel street forget name, it's about behind the previous one). I don't want to go hunting down each one of them since I don't use those places. If I get time I can recheck. As I'm sure you've noticed, addresses in that area are bizarre and inconsistent.
