Haha think the open up is cause borders are open and with it more choices, whether it is we going overseas or ml coming in. To be competitive, must give something more I guess.

yeah noticed alot more new listings too, there's even some thai/vietnamese mls competing with them now for business lol..in other words this is better for the customers since we have more choices and there's a pressure for them to up their services in order to retain customers.
