Telkomsel is good for area like Riau islands.
as they are the cheapest, hence they have bigger market
share in these areas. unlike M3 which cater for majoy cities.

But one thing to note.. if you use it in Riau Islands more often
make sure yo purchase it in Riau.. otherwise roaming
charges applies if you use it in Jakarta and other cities.

Call within local coverage area about 1000rp whilst inter-local
will be about 3500-4000rp. that's the difference. (rough guide)
Applies for incoming call too!

Same applies to M3 and Mentari

Excelcom has no roaming rates.
