Winning or losing the game against chelsea tis weekend doesn't immediately determine the season 4 The Reds.
As we knw of wat Luiz Suarez has done 4 his team in the past, i would say he is a great team players & not an individual star.
No man is so great, tat he is bigger then the club.
A good player shld play well 4 the good of the team, not 4 himself.
When CR left manu, he was on top of the world.
Now manu is still on top of the league(w/o CR), while real(aft spending so much $) is thrilling Barca by 7 points.
At the end of the season if chelsea doesn't win a major honour, then CA must leave the club.
perhaps by then,Mr Roman would hv gotten The Special One 2 come back so as 2 land him the UCL title he was so desperate 4.
ya lets forget abt FT,lets move on,the only sad thing is that he cld have been a legend now everyone will remember him as another michael owen.him leaving was not a problem to me as i all the while tot he wld be gone come end of the season.kinda dissappointed cos i think FT got the timing of his exit all wrong.no one is bigger than the club and there is no way chelsea is bigger than liverpool.

after alonso left...only left gerrard who can perform the thru pass up the middle...saw shelvey did that and i was impressed...think dalgish saw that...was quite impressed that dalgish use quite a diff team when he started...a mix of new and veteran first 11...

DF was one hell of a player (despite an Evershite) and if AC is 20% better, I'll be happy!

He's the last person I'd think would show no class as a Pool player.
We have had so many top players leaving in the dreadful Hicks and Gillette era - Alonso, Torres, Mascher etc. It's time to bring in young top class players who want to be here.

Spot on bro and welcome to the thread
PS. I find it interesting that Kenny is blooding the young - one of the few things we can criticise of his first reign was he relied on an ageing squad and did not seem to care to renew it.

Ya he have to do that cos nowsday the transfer market is crazy u can't spend non stop
Whenever a talent is spotted club like Real Marid , Chelsa or Man City will splash cash without thinking so how r we going to complete even the new owner willing to support but Tis should be not that kind of things we all want
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
yah.. but when Kenny was manager for the first time round... the "aging" squad just won the league etc etc. If you want to blame the stagnatation.. blame souness.
Well.. skrtel came out with an interview and said AC was very tough to defend against. Now we have our version of Toshack and keegan, just need wingers to ping balls to AC in the summer.
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
when the uefa Financial Fair Play Regulations r in full force, alot of these wealthy clubs hv 2 find another route 2 finance their big $ spending leow !!
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
From wat i c, FT leaving was a good move for the club...
Think we having been over dependent on him and him alone to provide the goals...
And instead of getting the goal for the club which he is being paid for, it seems that he is doing us a favour...
And if he had not leave, we will not have 2 Class players in his replacement...

Nah....I dun tink so....... KD has never been a fan of the up n under style of crossing balls into the box........ his style has always been short passes along the ground
In fact I am expecting him to do away with the wingers next summer.

When KD signed the 22 yr old Alan Shearer for a record high British transfer fee back at Newcastle then........ people were saying he is crazy to pay so much for an untried youngster.......... history has shown that KD was right in signing Alan Shearer.
We hope that history can repeat itself here with Andy Carroll.
