Anyway i was not sure too....but i got this from vdict...i also think maybe the sentence structure a bit wrong....here's what i found:

so actually i deduce that take care = can than

lets look at careful.......

kỹ lưỡng, chu đáo

this part absolutely correct...this is another way of putting it...the more informal and street style way which i normally use too

the meaning is there la...but i think we say love forever like that :
