They called me this evening to ask for some outstanding documents. however, they only gave me a fax number, is there a way to locate the specific officer that spoke to me (i have her name) via phone? all i have was the ICA custsvc which is pretty useless.

Heading down personally to ICA tomorrow morning... don't know if my wife's entry visa can be approved or not........
