他表示不排除有些中國女郎真的逾期逗留，或是從事不法勾當，但警方“不管三七二十一，見到疑是中國女郎就查 ”的做法，卻會影響大馬警方的名聲。

李崇孟：無證據下扣留遊客

馬華武吉免登區會主席拿督李崇孟指出，他的服務中心最近接獲許多公眾的投訴，指警方到食肆亂捉人。

“我其實不排除這些被捉的中國女郎裡，有些並不只是來探親或旅遊，但警方並沒有在‘對’的地方捉她們，而是在趁她們和友人用餐時捉人，根本是在毫無證據的情況下扣留遊客14天，這如何說也不算合理。”

他說，大馬旅遊部長拿督黃燕燕成日到中國去招商並推介旅遊景點，但來到大馬經商或是旅遊的女性，卻會無端被警方捉去，這對大馬旅遊業甚至是警方名聲來說，絕對是個打擊。

他表示會寫信給旅遊部長、內政部長及全國總警長，交待此事，並要求中國大使館也關注此事，為無辜被捉的中國國民出頭。
