Just hangout at First World casino aka Starworld. Go to the old section where they have "life of luxury" slots. Between those slots and the gaming tables, the FLs, mostly PRC will ply their trade. You can eyeball and if see something you like, just approach them or get into eye contact and they will come to you. They will ask rm200 but you can negotiate down to 150 since you bypass the okt.
