What does it suggest?

PAP hurts by guilt, unable to face the public on AIMGATE, trying to sweep history under the carpet, no solution to save Teo Ho Pin or simply think that there is nothing Singaporeans can do to a majority PAP members in parliament?

I believe it is all of the above and that makes even easier when speaker of parliament has showed her biasness soon after taking office.
