70yo Aussie man kills and dissolve China bride

Man admits interfering with wife's body AAP December 2, 2013, 12:33 pm  A man accused of murdering his wife and dissolving her body in acid has pleaded guilty to interfering with her corpse. A Queensland man accused of murdering his wife and dissolving her body in acid has pleaded guilty to interfering with her corpse.  Klaus Andres, 70, is accused of killing his wife, Li Ping Cao, 42, between October 28 and November 9, 2011, in Cairns. He is charged with one count of murder and one count of interfering with a corpse. Klaus Andres at a press conference asking for public help to find his wife. His trial, set down for two weeks, began on Monday in the Cairns Supreme Court. At the start of the trial he pleaded not guilty to murder, but guilty to interfering with his wife's corpse. The crime scene of the incident back in 2011. Sentencing for the interference offence has been adjourned until the end of the murder trial. The jury is now being empanelled.
