An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
was at tampines central community complex ntuc fairprice and asked the female cashier tang kim lang but she cant even answered a simple yes or no, question asked was is there discount by buying 3 cups of Knorr porridge as the yellow tag was not clear as it listed yellow, white has discount only but what is yellow and white? these arent flavors come on. after she keyed in all items i asked again any discount for porridge by buying three and her reply was now you dont see, later i showed you but she just passed me the receipt without showing and even a word of thank you to customer. people just asked her any discount and not asking how much is the discount, if ntuc fairprice cashier cant even know which item is on discount then where is the product knowledge and why are they trained in this way? at the end of the day they will only be given counselling sessions drink kopi o talk talk hala hala go home. by the way crowded is not an excuse for cashier to show displeasure to customers get it bor tang kim lang kar nar sai.
