All in all, she spent 43 days in the hospital, C ward, which include 15 days in the ICU. Her total bill excluding GST = $54,883.41 Government grant = $42.538.70 GST absorbed by government = $864.13. Total amount payable after grant and GST = $12.452.71 Incomeshield paid $12,452.71* Medisave = $0 Out-of-pocket expenditure = $0. *The patient has riders to cover both the Deductible & Co-Insurance.
