Thumbs up Tan Chuan Jin happy that SPR PMET get higher pay that native sinkie PMET

An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

What the fuck is the logic is this? Thank you Tan Chuan Jin for confirming native born sinkies are really second rate citizens in our own country thanks to your PAP. I guess this state of affairs is acceptable to you.

PR PMEs get higher monthly income than Singapore citizens: Manpower Minister

"The gross monthly income of resident PMEs is higher since Permanent Residents typically have to display good employability before they are granted residency," Manpower Minister Tan Chuan-Jin says.

SINGAPORE: The gross monthly income of full-timed employed residents who are professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) is higher compared to Singaporean citizens, said Manpower Minister Tan Chuan-Jin in Parliament on Monday (Jan 19).

"As compared to Singaporean PMEs, the gross monthly income of resident PMEs is higher since Permanent Residents typically have to display good employability before they are granted residency," Mr Tan said, in reply to a Parliamentary question from MP Patrick Tay Teck Guan.

For instance, the gross monthly income for PRs and Singapore citizens for the 50th percentile is S$7,018 and S$6,886, respectively, according to data from the Manpower Ministry.
