ED issues + Not able to cum

Hi all"

I'm 47 currently, drink maybe 2-3x a week (mainly beer) and do not smoke.

Recent 6 months noticed a drastic drop in getting erected and also maintaining the election.

I also noticed I have issue cumming. Previous preference was to finish by hj, rather that CIP.
However recent notice was that even hj was not able to make me cum.

This is becoming an issue with my GF and I.

I have done blood test and testosterone test but was said to be normal.
Is there any good doctor(s) or medication that you guys can recommend?

Get some exercise and try intermittent fasting.

Medication does not solve the issue it only masks the symptoms.

Start with 1 clove, after meals, never on empty stomach.
No other medications 2 hours before or after.
Go on brisk walks after consumption, whatever to increase blood circulation.
It optimizes the garlic effect.
Gradually increase intake and frequency, as long as you do not experience discomfort from the consumption.

You can search for the health benefits of raw garlic online.

I pound it into small pieces and then swallow them.
Chewing it is not for me.
