My SOP nowadays is to look up reviews on UKPunting before deciding on a service provider. I tend to also avoid Romanians due to previous bad experiences.

You have two other options, FLs on adultwork UK website, or more expensive agencies.

Adultwork has high risk of bait and switch unless you're going with a known/well reviewed provider. For that info you need to use forums like ukpunting.

For agencies, things are more reliable but very costly, and of course service can still vary. You're looking £250/h minimum. But usually they do allow multiple pops - always best to confirm ofc.
