As she said that, she moved near to my body, our bodies almost touching. My heart froze.

She took up the remote and started to change the channels, in which, she adjusted herself to lean against my chest and laid her head on my chest.

I was propped up leaning against the bed's head rest while she snuggled up to me, our bodies finally touching each other.

We didn't say anything. I moved my left arm across her back and she snuggled closer. Awkward silence again.
