lol I'll add my 2 cents again before this maybe gets taken down like the 1 last wk.
Also the TS reviews I saw a few copy paste reviews by multiple people around in Tele groups.

Idk why theres other popular Tampines threads were either deleted or closed too, I guess need to be very discreet in posts. There were many FRs back then.

I visited a few times already, 1 was PRC who already RTC, 1 Viet. Never seem to encounter as bad experience as the rest who chimed in on that thread.
Recep always ask hot oil 88 option, but can still opt for lower price options which I always did for this joint.

Both MLs did not cut short time, PRC dmg was 1B3R and Viet 1B2R.
Massage was below average for the PRC as she completely new to SG and massage.
Viet massage is decent. Shes the only 1 I'm interested in this shop currently, others looks are not really my taste.

Other things to note are location not discreet, residential area, many F&B (1 right beside) nearby so there can be many people around when u wanna go in. And its curtain rooms.

Bro. U sure u went the right one? When I went inside is all individual room. In fact I lucky got a double bed room

Yes 1000% lol, i meant individual rooms, curtain for doors not curtain rooms mb. I got the double bed room on first visit before, with toilet and on second floor.
