not surprised by the double standards. we are all aware that places in Orchard cater mainly to the angmos n foreigners. locals usually goto the smaller n lower end pubs in paramount or duxton. N angmos usually would spend quite a bit on drinks. but i think mostly those locals who go there are regulars n i sense they dont pay any entrance fees.

i've been to 1 of the pubs in B1. there were hordes of banglas on Sundays, n usually the pinay escorts ensure that these banglas do not juz goto the dancefloor for free - will make sure they buy a drink or 2, n once they finish they will use hard tactics to make sure the bangla buy another drink.
