they have good lc as well.

for model they don't usually deal directly

While Zen is closer, it's run-down. I wouldn't recommend it for a true quality business entertaining. For high end places with 'fun' factor, you would go to:
- Sun City
- Grand Paragon
- Illigals
- Alexis

For the first three, it will only add an extra 10-15mins trip from Zen. So still relatively close.

Better prepare book in advance and contact the mamasans early to book room and girls, especially if you're going in the weekends. These places can be packed with patrons, some of whom would occasionally drive their Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, etc going there.

I never though Zen would be described as run-down
It used to be the go to place for someone working in thamrin area
but I haven't been there for a while, so they might be a run down now.
