U got me wrong lah Tua Hong kor kor, only those violent type or caught with petty crimes or overstaying will be handcuffed during deportation, these are the rules of engagement for those Certis officers escorting them. Those VBs normally kena caught working or spot-check at JC or GL then sent back will not be handcuffed at all

I cannot tell u how I know as this may blow my cover...................
