The decathlon shoes in the range of > $50 quite decent quality for simple use, I think its a big cost saving compared to buying Nike, I did switch to lower cost Adidas which has light weight running shoes that I like as well.

Ooh not a bad suggestion. Now decathlon stuff is pretty cheap.

Will look into that.

UA stuff... gotta try too. Been running using minimalist shoes past few years, but they're just hard to find.

Thanks all for the suggestions. Since it's summer ish now might as well run and enjoy the sun. Been seeing a few hotties around the east area. Haha

My advise? support local retail... go into a shopping mall and buy something you like that is on sale.

Don't buy on-line... else we will soon create another problem. Property price will dive.

I was hoping to meet chiobu in white dress but never lor.... only see chiobu with no top..... it was a guy running topless but he is so lean that from the back with his long hair looks like a girl. You know those typical K-Pop idol figure that looks very ...... ah girl.... those that can squeeze into a skinny jeans one.

I never say I run very fast.... hahaha. Half the time when I am running I am looking around sucking in the environment.

View is fantastic, especially at night. Not a lot of people.

The path is brightly lightup, certain part is slightly dim but not creepy.

I tried that route.... I can walk it but cannot run it. Too much slopes and stairs.... my energy wears out before the stamina.

How far in the east? Once you start, you will discover more than a few.

Timing is just an self achievement but to do it correctly should be the priority. Thats y i only bio gals from afar and i zoom passed them liao...

Dont run the stairs part. I tried jog up and got a leg cramp today. But slope part down slopes is okay. Upslope walk 就好了！ Still a good route to go.

Bonus is scenary.
