If got hair ... who wants to be baldy! I agree they shd control these MP, but these started after Health Centers were closed. Recall those days ... the cheonging all very orderly ... go HC massage + release ... go home happy. No complication ....now we have illegal ops in HDB/apt ... dodgy TCM etc.

If tighten too much, ppl go under ground. Bring back HC type establishment ...usually operate off the from public.

All HDB spa should gather at a common place ba... Like geylang .... So that keep away from HDB ...

This way will minimize issue in HDB area ... Imagine a kid ask mama... 妈妈什么是按摩院？我同学说有打飞机。
