bros, recently my brother has applied for the renewal of his wife LTSVP via ica website. apparently, ica send him an email saying that they are please to consider his application and requires his wife to report to ica for documents verification. In the letter, it also states that having this letter does not assure of an approved application.

So does it mean that after submitting the documents to ica, still have to wait for approval and it might have a possibility of being rejected?

any bros here can advise on this?

I have a question with regards to marrying a foreigner. My girlfriend is from PRC. She had a customary marriage before but has been divorced from her ex husband since. When applying for a visa/social vist pass for her, do i indicate her martial status as single or divorce in the Form 14. Also, what documents should i show to the ICA as proof of her marital status. She does not have an official divorce certificate as her marriage is only customary. Would a certification by the Civil Registry Office be sufficient? Really appreciate any advice on this.

Must apply thru authorise travel agent in china, 30days the most....with deposit SGD$1000....if she got go thru agent before, sorry u can't able to access it at all, u r not his real husband, only gf, ICA don bother/believe sure excuse nowadays...strictly 100% unapproved visa cum gua. for yr case...

Indicate divorced....anyway, yr case is hard to get u any further with her, as ICA have run a new system....it very silm case for u bro...Thanks
