Think it's house at Insomnia.

Icon is a good place to chill. I had a nice couch beside the stairs to the toilet; good view and you could still have a decent conversation without having to shout above the music.

Last time I was in icon..I ended up in burgos wasted and went back at 7am..and the rest is somewhere in this thread - hangover 3 makati hehe..

If I want to chill I'd just got to a beer garden or bar..but the laser lights at icon is very nice..

House is good, shall pay a visit next time I'm over..

I know Tarlac is not like AC, Not that I have to make do for 2nd class, but its more like I have to be there for business reason. I just hope that some bro can share their experience abt that the place with me. Not necessary just abt the night joint but any thing anybody can tell me abt tarlac.

if I go by my friends experience, none that cater to 'foreigners'

my best bet would be to rope a native, ... of the area ..

are you there to buy vegetable, as I head a few Singaporeans flocking to buy veg ??

not a joke, but really .. there had been some organised scouting tours from Singapore, for sourcing vegetable from Dagupan, Tarlac, Baguio and the region ..

And a friend from Baguio did see the 'buyers' scouting ... around their farm

Dunno the outcome, but, a few filipino news channels reported that the Singaporeans' were impressed with Philippine Baby Kaylan/Cabbage, Sweet Potato, Sayote (forgot the English name)

Though with NPA slowly coming up, venturing into Tarlac and Dagupan is a bit dicey for me ..

not into buying it, but into farming and exporting it. The land issue is sticky there. First trip there was like scout ranger, run around day and night. Second trip was like non stop meeting. Really to tired to do anything else after that. Next will be off the radar from all these people. Try out the Golf course there first. Hope my knee can take it. I believe they cant recognize me after I cut my long hair and put on my spec. Its was just too hot there.

We should help 'commerce' in Philippines ... until some strongman muscles his way in and steal everything, atleast ..
