I intend to bring my viet gf to sg to ROM.

Do i have to apply anything in vietnam first?
Do i need to apply visa for her to enter sg?

Any procedure to do in ICA?

Do i need to buy return air ticket for her? ----> Not necessary, If ICA ask at airport maybe u can show proof of ROM print out
Any procedure to do in ICA? ----> Nothing unless u want apply LTSVP or PR for her

Since she got banned b4.....then I have no knowledge/experience and also never hear anything regarding this....maybe after ur experience u can write it over here....as I believe alot of brothers here wish to know...

maybe I would advise u to pay a visit to ICA and ask them, it will be the best answer that u will get...instead of from here

If go to ICA which level should i go to ask?

I notice there a office beside the main entrance.
last time my gf also go there when she get banned.

Would like to seek some advise from some bros here.

I married my malaysia wife here n over in JB. Both of us have marriage cerf in s'pore and m'sia. Then out of a sudden, she was called up by our police force for an offence she made last 3yrs ago and was summon to court and jailed for 6weeks. After coming out,she was stamped perm ban from S'pore.

Is there a way to help to apply for her to come back cos since she came out of jail already been 3yrs and i had 1 time successfully apply her to come here visit my grandmother for 7days (after which she had to go back). I had apply thru my MP and lawyer and all came back negative. How huh?

Search for it at ICA website...rather than u posting and surfing in sammy...if u really want to marry her then the next thing u should do is to find out from more from ICA instead of from sammy

i am a regular reader of the forum here and this is my first time posting as i really require some advice for the experience bros here. I would really appreciate any sound advice

Here is my problem................

I intend to marry a vietnamese woman here as well but the problem is,

1) she is involve in a case that need her to assist CPIB in investigation. (here for 1.5 years liao)

2) During her almost 2 years stay here, kana caught twice by AV but release due to her status for assisting CPIB, So i do not know her status in immgration.

My question is, if i ROM with her while she is still in singapore, what are the chances for her to come back within the banned period or how can i speed things up (cause my family still in the dark. thought she is normal viet girl here for study)

Who can i speak to for help?

Good luck and the all the best Bro..as long as she is involve with any police case u can forget getting a PR status or long stay chop. You might as well go back Viet wz her to start afresh..

Anyone who got a case now or before can forget getting any kind of pass in Singapore ICA..

I think you would have to change your partner already.. Or you can go to "Understanding Your Vietnamese Life Partner" Thread, the bros there would tell you more if you intend to take a Viet wife.. it would not be as easy as you think.. Did't want to spoilt your thinking or to annoy you, but we all have a Viet wife.. But the answer to them came out to almost the same to all of us, so dissappointed.. Only have a bit of those lucky few..
