Just back from Jakarta. Was nice to see uncongested roads here. Getting from point to point was fantastic. Most of the entertainment establishments were closed for the festive occassion. Understand from many of them that they will begin operations tomorrow , Thursday. Been dying of thirst when I got in and being told that most if not all drinking holes were shut, I decided to rope in two fellas in my travelling party to search for a drinking place- besides the convenience store of course. Lady luck brought us to Jln Jaksa and we found two crowded pubs . Had a very good long drink followed by late supper of 'Mee Goreng gila' at the pondoks, 10 mins away.

I was partying in 1001 last friday... granted a lot of gals went back to their kampung but there are still good selection. We party till 5AM.

This is the new 1001 in Jalan Kunir No. 7. This is my favourite KTV place now.

Very interesting opening this year with the new Colosseum Club, which used to be part of K7 and is now managed by the same group behind Alexis hotel and Emporium Spa. Colosseum is actually the relocation of the 1001, which closed two years ago and was replaced by Illigals... Still following?

Guess u guys are very rich spending money there in a night, whereby actually there is even cheaper place to go yet using the same lady as these club are all chain group and the management shuffle the lady around...

try CJ at mulia hotel .
best place to stay depends how you wana cheong .
if you like to club, try to stay in senayan area.
if you want to cheong alexis , millenium etc,
stay north . maybe alila hotel area.

middle ( hyatt, oriental ) the traffic is bad , unless you have mtg there or keen to shop at the malls

Went to Malio some time ago and still think it's one of the best in Jkt. Much better than V2, Classic or King Cross which are boring and depressing like hell.

Was hanging out at the bar and checking out the strip show. Spotted a good dancer and thought she's hot. Made eye contact and sure enough after her dance she came to me.
