Thanks to the thread starter, I finally got the location and made my first visit.

Maybe I wasn't clear in my reply. As can be seen in my reply above, I was trying to say that booking is one of the way of getting hold of the angpai. Without booking you can still get hold of them by just going and wait for them but of course provided the angpai does not have back to back booking else bro will have to wait for a very long time.
