The news is referring to the central area such as Chinatown, Jalan Besar, Jalan Sultan, Middle Road, Bencoolen, Little India and Coleman Street. Incidentally there were 7 such areas so maybe 1 shop per area? In any case these areas tend to attract unlicensed shops.

The problem is both bros and the MLs. now a days they have become too greedy and some bros get upsety and then complain, in many places the time is cut short and as a result bros are not happy and then problem starts. In clean spas also they just do piano massage talk to you and arange to meet outside squeezing your money, This makes some bros upset. These MLs have all kinds of stories and make you believe and end up mis-understanding and problem.

I think there is more than 10times operated without license,the rest still there.I think why waste time and money to apply for license,got caught only fine $1k or less or operate as home massage the number is few time more than the massage outlets.
All this is a same force by our polis clear away FL in Gaylang but now whole island with FL around........
