If you want to take a shower before the massage, there is a shower across from the changing room. Important note. There will be a basket in the locker as well. Place your wallet, phone and any other valuable in the basket and take it with you.

When ready the manager will escort you to a massage room and you will lie down and relax. The lady will come in and begin. The massage ladies are all in their 40s. No, they are not the hottest women in the world but they are friendly. You may even find them not attractive at all but don't worry, youre here for the massage.

She will do a FULL massage. and by full i mean for two and a half hours. YES, two and a half hours. She'll start on your back and neck, using oil then work on your thighs and calves. She will next, exfoliate your feet scrubbing all dead skin off the soles of your feet. Then she'll use hot stones and oil and work your back again. After that, she'll place a crap load of hot towels on you covering your whole body and place an insulated blanket on you as well. This will basically make you sweat like crazy but man, does it feel good. While wrapped up like a microwave burrito, she'll walk on your back using her toes to crack the right places as well as walk on your thighs and calves as well. Now note...this can hurt because she will have no problem making you wince or scream in pain (she laughs because it's working).
