Went for a 1 hour body CLEAN massage which includes something like gua sha at Bencoolen Building...felt so relaxed after it...the guy could even tell me where my trouble spots were and injuries sustained before..

Perhaps bros here can go for massage after sessions eh??or maybe few days before...coz the boss told me must rest 1 day then the day after feel damn energetic liaoz....
