Bros... I just chatted with a girl from dia, she said she working at ktv and barfine is 5k. Hmm any comment on this? Didnt know ktv girls are so ex. Dont understand why too.

I believe that is the rate for Manila.... not AC.

Best time... Personally... I think in afternoon 3-5 for ponytails. However if you don't mind their usually (not all thou) short time culture.
